How can I get my notification panel to pull down no matter what screen I am on instead of when I'm on the home screen only

Pull down from your Status bar to access the Notification panel, tap and hold on the "Wi-Fi connected" notification, then select "App info" when it pops up. Once in the App info screen, select "Force stop."

Adding & Removing Widgets and Items from iOS Notification Center

Don't care to see Reminders or Stocks in your Notifications screen? You can add or remove anything:

1. If you haven't already, unlock the iOS device swipe down to bring about Notifications panel
2. Select the "Today" tab and choose "Edit" at the bottom of the list
   • Delete Widgets from Notifications: Tap the red (-) minus buttons alongside items to remove them from the Notification panel
   • Add Widgets to Notifications: Tap the green (+) plus button to add a widget to Notification Center
3. Choose the "Done" button in the upper corner to set the changes in place

Any adjustments made to Notifications Center here will be visible when accessed from either the lock screen or elsewhere in iOS.

To clear all notifications
1. Open the Notifications panel.
2. Touch the Clear icon .
All event-based notifications will be cleared; ongoing notifications will
remain in the list.
TIP You can also swipe the notifications to the left or right to remove them.

To clear the call log - From the Home screen, touch the Phone Key (in the Quick Keys
bar) and then the Call logs tab at the top of the screen.
The most recent calls are located at the top of the list. Scroll down to
see older entries. Once you see the cal log press the Menu key. Bottom far right. This will give you the option to Clear all .

One way is to send via email.

On a Galaxy S3, open the notification window by swiping your finger from the top of the main screen to the bottom. Near the top will be a bar labelled "Ongoing"; father down will be another bar labelled "Notifications". Tap on "Clear" on the "Notifications" bar to clear all the notifications below that bar (the "Ongoing" notifications will not be cleared.)

why did my notifications,message,friend request shift to right side in my home page?

Try pulling down the notifications drawer (drag down on the status bar at the top of the home screen and ensure that Orientation Lock is not selected (if there is no toggle in the notifications drawer, try downloading an orientation lock widget from the Market and toggling that on and off to see if that fixes things.
Other than that, you might want to have the device checked to ensure that the sensors are still functioning correctly.

It's actually a pretty simple way to add widgets back to your home screen.

Long press a blank area of your home screen. A dialog box to Add to Home will appear. Select Widget, and then select Clock [HTC]. You will be able to select from 12 different HTC Clock widgets. Select the one you like, and then press the Select button. It will appear on your home screen as long as there is enough room for it. You can move the widget around by long pressing on the widget and sliding your finger to the desired location on the screen.

if it is like the sprint version, plug in your hero to your computer using the usb cord. on your phone, you will need pull down the notifications screen and then tell the phone to connect to the computer using "mount" under "usb connected". now your computer will recognize the sd card and external storage. when your are done, pull down the notifications screen once more to select "turnoff usb storage" and then "turn off"
