Try to login to your Netflix account from PC, and see what devices do you have in your account. Lately Netflix start limiting number of devices people may have running at the same time. And if anyone knows your password, they may be using it, "burning" your devices limit.

How do I reinstall Netflix to my iPad

Hi, do you have your Apple ID and password? Active internet to the iPad? What sort of error messages are you getting? Also, and I hate to ask this, have you powered it off and back on before trying to reinstall Netflix?

I Lost Netflix after I had it cleaned how do I get it back? I have Windows 8.1?

Open your start screen and you will see an arrow below your tiles. Click that and there will be displayed everything that is installed on your computer. Look for the Netflix logo and right click to reinstall the tile on your start screen and then you are done. However, if by some remote chance Netflix is not there, simply go to the Windows Store from your start screen and reinstall from the entertainment section.

Can not get netflex after I up date it to ios7

Have you tried completely reinstalling the Netflix app? I had a couple issues with different apps and reinstalling seemed to fix the issues.
