Hello

No, You can't access the signal from a device connected to a different TV. Second, if you have multiple TVs in your home but you only ever watch one at a time, you can simply move your device from one TV to another. All of your settings will still be intact.

My Roku TV has a loose wire keeping me from getting Wi-Fi it was Black and Blue by internal speakers

This will be a very easy fix, the wire you have is going to have a very small gold connector on the one end that will hook to the wi fi board, here is a picture of the board, it goes on the lower left side into the gold looking connector, I sent the picture so you could see where it goes you won't need a new board. https://www.shopjimmy.com/tcl-5959a-n1002-wm03-roku-wireless-wifi-lan-module/

Is there are a Bluetooth in built in Roku 2XS it seems to show up in my smartphone and table bluetooth device list and am unable to pair it.

That Roku has Bluetooth 3.0 built in. It is made for the gaming remote.

Juice for Roku lets you use wifi to stream music, pics, and vids from your phone to the Roku.

I have not played with the Roku iOS App nor the Roku Android App; but I hear they work well.

Let us know if you try them!
All the best to you,
