We purchased the fridge on 25/2 and paid for the swap over we still have not received a new set of brackets although we have spoken to over 10 employees of Knowhow, to be honest , you just get passed around the system. We have been promisedfthe units are in the post since last weekend

haier refrigerators have been known to have the cold control go bad. it only sense's the temp in the fresh food section so that would be why the freezer is still ok. The problem is the control is cutting out to fast and not letting the temp go lower. from what you said i would take that there is good air flow between the freezer and the fresh food compartment. so the only thing it could be is the cold control. I would replace it and you should be all set.

that handle is just pressure fit on the clips securing to the door. grab hold ad PULL.and i mean PULL the the right. it will snap off just make sure you really PULL it. after that you cantighten the brackets on refig and inside the handle as well

Basically they needed to supply an additional door mount for the left hand side of the door as well as the right hand side. Problem now sorted. Poor instructions in the manual didn't help here!

After looking at some advice from others I turned the internal dial to the OFF position, then turned it back to 6 or 7, and left it for 20 minutes, and it is now freezing again.
