The three reasons that stop a springer cocking are
1 main spring has broken and stopping the piston reaching the trigger sear and engaging . remove spring to check
2 trigger is jammed and not allowing engagement of sear or trigger unit is broken (may be a spring broken easy fix )
3 piston engagement slot damaged broken ( replace piston)
If it is trigger wear problems think about getting it repaired or replaced depending on length of time owned
The best thing to do is go on the internet and type in the company name. And see if they have what you need.Or maybe they can tell you who to contact for the schematics and directions to assemble it together.Hope this helps you out.Joseph A Bagli.
I have one of the BIG CAT rifles and can shoot under 1" groups. First Check the gun and be sure it is tight in the stock. I had to remove the front screws and pot nylon washers under them to get the stock tight! Second. I could shoot decent groups and the they would move! I replaced the scope mount with a better quality better fitting scope mount. Be sure it has the stop pin that fits in the hole in the top of the rifle or they will move to the back and never be stable. Third. I replaced the Gamo scope with a Leupold 3X9 varix 2. I am not sure about the Gamo scope but while I was mounting a scope I decided to try the Leupold. I have shot some 5 shot groups from a good rest that was less than 1/2". The factory scope mounts looked like a bad fit on the groves of the rifle and looked canted. The best pellets I found are the PREMIER HOLLOW POINT and some of the worse were the GAMO FLATPOINT!
no its not normal,,,check that the piston crown is not braking up as if it was the piston would smack into the breach block causing the hard thump on firing
does it just lock up and freeze on that website or on other sites as well if it doesn't do on other sites then its that website , or you can try to clear your browsing history before you try to maximize your screen to do this press ALT go to Tools click delete browing history then maximize screen you can do this as much as you want too , or for a more longer lasting fix you can run disk cleanup then disk defragmenter , both these are found in Start menu ,accessories ,system tools , then click which ever one you want to do
Sorry to tell you but the crosshair adjustment is more than likely broken. Take it to a qualified gunsmith and he can check it out for you.
Hope this helps, Mark the Gunsmith
