SOURCE: The auger on my snow

Hi, I will try to help you with a few suggestions that could be the problem. I have found that sometimes the shear pins break, but the ends of the pin do not fall out. Have you tried to remove them by hammering them off? Another possibility, if that is not the problem, then the auger gearbox might have a damaged gear or maybe just a broken or loose bolt or pin. If that is the problem then you need to take it apart. If that is not the problem you can check the lube level by removing the plug on the outside of the gear box and check for lubrication. Whatever type of lube that machine uses should be even with the bottom of the plug hole. If it is low or there is none at all add what is recommended in your owners manual. That is just preventive maintenance. But I think it might be just the ends of the pins not having fallen out. If that is the problem then you will need a punch to remove the center of the pin that is on the auger shaft. Hope this is helpful a bit, at least it is something to check out. Best regards and good luck.

Have a gravel driveway bought a Ariens 24 Snow Thro adjusted skid shoes to lift machine, is the scraper blade also adjustable, it is throwing a lot of rocks?

Yes, they are all adjustable. Loosen the hardware, Find something to use as a shim... a few paint can stirrers.. put them under the Scraper to lift it about 3/8" then tighten the hardware. See how that helps the stone throwing. Gravel driveways are tough for Blowers and Plows...It's best to actually leave snow on the driveway to pack down and form a Base. Then the next snow will be stone free.

I have a ariens 24 "sno tech it will not throw

The most common cause of this is the drive belt is worn. If you remove the cover (usually plastic) in the middle of the snow thrower and look at the belt closest to the blower assembly. This is the blower drive belt. (Your operators manual will show you the location and how to remove the cover if you are unfamiliar with your snow blower)
With the engine not running, have someone depress the drive lever and check the belt. You should only be able to depress the long side 1/2 inch or less. More than that the belt has stretched and needs to be replaced. On some older blowers you can adjust the tension pulley, but most made in the last 15 years, you can't.
The belt may be frayed on the edges or glazed causing it to slip (it is shiny on the sides of the belt)
You can get parts (the new belt) through your local Ariens dealer or jackssmallengines.com

Toro S200 doesn't blow to the side as far as it did

It's possible your auger may be worn, and it is not moving / propelling enough snow to make up the difference to blow the snow at the angled setting. It may throw the snow forward better due to less resistance, rather than the snow having to propel around an angle / curve. Just a thought for now.
