I have a Canon laserclass 9000L that says "check printer"

I have a Canon laserclass 9000L that has never given me a problem. Suddenly it says "check printer". I've turned it off for a while and turned it back on and it still says "check printer". What's the problem? How do I fix this?

If you are not a tech you cannot fix this yourself normally - it is usually either the fixing unit that has failed or the laser. You can try resetting the printer by entering the service mode ('data registration' button then press the # key) then scroll through to LBP reset (i think you select no. 6 for 'CLEAR' then select 'LBP CLEAR' or 'RESET PRINTER' and perform that. This may help for now.

I am trying to find out how to replace the Rollers and Drum on a Canon Laserclass 9000l? I can't find the part and canon help requires me to have the serial number of my machine at work and I am at home...

The drum is inside the toner cartridge. That is not replaced separately. Which rollers are you trying to repalce? There are several. Have you tried cleaning them first with a rag and some rubbing alcohol?
