I saw a Main board, power supply board, and an inverter board. Does this TV not have a T-Con board? If not, would replacing the main board solve this issue.
Its T'Con board is an inbuilt one, with the display panel, and can't be replaced. Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary. /

Just replace the T-Con board and you dont need any soldering at all. JUst be careful for the flex connector.
Testimonial: "Will do. Thank you, Jorge!"
