07 charger 133k miles 3.5 SXT will not start or attempt to start. When key goes to on position I can hear the relays click and fuel pump come on, but when I turn the key the radio goes off and the car does nothing. I have went thru the fuse boxes with a meter and checked all the fuses In-circuit. I'm stumped any help appreciated
But when I turn the key the radio goes off and ??? When you turn the key to start ? Do the dome light's dim ,the instrument cluster lights go off or dim ? Battery , battery connections , battery cables . Voltage drop test the main battery + an ground cables .

SOURCE: shuts off while driving. no fuel pressure. pcm fuse blows/ fuel pump relay inserted.
Sounds like the fuel pump is shorted.

try cleaning the connector that goes to the fuel pump, sometimes they corrode on inside. If that does not fix, test the wires feeding fuel pump with a multi meter until the condition shows itself again, if voltage drops to zero or very low then wiring problem, if voltage is unchanged with problem and fuel pump is not working and connectors are all clean, try replacement of fuel pump.

it doesn't have a fuel pump relay it has a fuel pump control unit and it is located on the chassis back quarter drivers side near the tube cross member for chassis on top of chassis rail near bed mount. locate the rear springs front perch and it will be above that on top of rail.
