Cannot get phone to ring (by 8 users)

some how the ringer got switched to "off", how do i turn it back on?

Iread all instructions but with no results .the ringer on both handsets willnot work. On handset set up ,manually the ringer will work. My problem is in receiving incoming calls. It is as if the ringer is turned off but I cannot find an on button. the handset display says ringer is off . How do I get it to say on?

I have the same problem.

The same problem, the onky difference we change de Service provider for a new digital Service provider, any help please. I´m from Mexico city

I have the same problem I can not get my GE model28021 EE 1-A to ring
I have unplugged it and plugged it again and nothing and it is not the do not disturb or the volume of the ringer

phone says off on ringer. base rings but hand set dose not. I lost my instructions, so I dont know how to fix it.

Two of the three base stations want ring.

Well. I unplugged the base unit from the wall and from the phone. When I plugged everything back in, it worked.
