The belt came off my 2016 singer tradition #2277 and the manual doesn't show how to put it back on. HELP

The old timey fix is to put the needle down, swing the fabric 180 and stitch a few stitches in the other direction. It works, but slightly annoying

The belt itself is usually available; there are only a few sizes of belts. However, you should have the service manual to do that. I would go to Sewing Parts Online; if they do not have the part and service manual, they can order it for you.

Also, there are on line stores that do sell parts and accessories that fit the Singer machines. One I have had luck with is this one:

just follow the steps

Go to the singer website
Go to the home page
At the bottom of the page look for instruction manual--click on it
It will take you to another page
In the box put the model number (example 2250) & click search
the second one is free
