It is on the right side of the machine behind the grouphead if you remove the top panel you will see te box with the red switch sticking out. MAKE SURE THERE IS WATER IN THE MACHINE FIRST!!!!!! Do not trust the sight glass, if the level probe is in there, turn machine to 1 then disconnect the electrical connector on the side of the sight glass, the pump should kick in and water will flow in the boiler, if the level does not increase in the glass, then the machine turned itself off because the element got too hot from lack of water. The hole for the sight glass is blocked.

We have a built in Miele coffee system that is about three years old. Even though the water tank is full, the system says it isn't. It looks like the float is not working. Is there some place to buy a replacement part?

My Breville was having problems building enough pressure to push water/steam through the filter. In the past, when this happened, I would take it as a sign for a good cleaning and I would run white vinegar though it and this would usually solve things. This time it worked as usual, but the coffee has been a bit watery and not the lovely rich flavor I'm used to. No changes in grind and coffee, and it still produces a cream. Any thoughts?
when you push start water will not come out
