My real concern now is that I have already removed the door, but unable to reinstall because I'm unable to connect the plastic sliding ARM (P/N AP6327604) with the sliding arm bracket (P/N AP6015429) inside the unit. I feel I may have broken the arm or a pin that connects the two together, but I'm not sure. When I look at parts online, there is no picture of the AP6327604 so I cannot compare it to with what I have. Assy dwgs online are also not clear enough to show how it is assembled. It is difficult to even see how they're supposed to be connected when viewing through the little hole in the front of the microwave cabinet. I hope I don't have to shred the unit apart to access the area. There has to be an easy way to remove and install the door and reconnect the plastic arms. Thanks for your help.

SOURCE: front upper ball joint replacement
The dealer's answer (if you are interested).......
The ball joint is pressed into the upper control arm and has a tapered stud for attachment to the steering knuckle. The ball joint stud is attached and locked into the steering knuckle using a special nut. The ball joint is a sealed-for-life type and requires no maintenance. If the ball joint is defective it will require replacement of the entire upper control arm.
Sorry.

Pull the wiper arm away from the glass until it is straight out. Then take a small flat blade screw driver and release the retaining clip at the base of the pivot arm. The carefully pry the pivot arm from the shaft.
SOURCE: I would like to know the easiest way to remove the
Hi Tipar,
Unfortunately there is really no easy way to remove the lower ball joint from the lower control arm. you must use a ball joint press tool that can be rented at autozone. and a large machinists vise.
Normally you can order the lower control arm with a new ball joint already installed however,if you still
want to replace the ball joint itself you have to remove the lower control arm to press the ball joint in.
Don't forget to remove the retainer clip with a flat screwdriver before you attempt to press out the ball joint. Good luck. Send me a message if you have any other problems.
