Question about Dell Computers & Internet
I have a writable CD in the tray on my Dell Inspiron 16000. It is a brand one just out of the package. The screen tells e it is a 4.28 mb disc but has o space available and now the tray will not open for me to take the disc out. I am reasonaby sure I inserted the disc properly.
To manually open a disc drive you will need to look for a small hole on the front of the bay. Straighten a paperclip and carefully put it in the hole. Keep pushing until it releases the carriage and you can remove the disc.
