SOURCE: stripped bar stud
Many Sthil chainsaws have replaceable bar studs. The stud threads into the case. Go here: http://www.baileysonline.com/itemdetail.asp?item=QA+0000+953+6605&catID=407
look for part by model number, usually no more than a few dollars. Enjoy

SOURCE: stihl saw bar oil pump not working
The first step should not be to replace the pump, there are less drastic things you can look at first. Begin by draining the oil out of the tank and then fishing out the feed line, see that little filter on the end? Make sure it is clean. That alone will fix most of them. Also, on many models of Stihl saws the oil flow rate is adjustable. Flip the saw on its back and look for a little half-circle arrow with a representation of a drop of oil at one end. Using a small straight blade screwdriver go in the hole and turn the adjuster fully clockwise. The last thing only applies if you have had the chain off and removed the clutch drum. If you've lost your retaining clip and had the drum slide out it will disengage the oil pump too. There is a little slot on the edge of the drum that engages the drive wire for the oil pump, so remove your drum and reinstall it making sure you get them lined up.
If those things fail go ahead and replace the pump. They can be had used in good shape for about $25~$45 and you shouldn't have any problem replacing it yourself, I believe dealers get over two hundred to do the replacement. There are also internal parts of the pump that can be replaced but someone else will ahve to tell you about them.
SOURCE: I need a repair manual for stihl ms192t chain saw for down load
Stihl considers ALL IPLs and shop manuals proprietary.
Every time Stihl becomes aware of an on line source they force its removal.
