One thing you need to know, with a cav pump the engine will not have much torque rise in power. The engine is a powerhouse that runs hydraulic pumps at full throttle. This is a full throttle tractor that should run that way all time .If you are trying to back up hill at say half throttle ,it will not do it, try First gear full throttle. Remember the tractor with bucket and backhoe weight is about 16000# . I do not think adjusting the fuel delivery will help this tractor.

You've done well by ruling out the most likely things first. You need to next check the condition of the "ignition module". When this module starts to heat up, if bad, it will cause the engine to shut down rather quickly.
The most common problem is a bad fuel injector but if you haven't already done so--check to make sure your oil level is all the way up to full.Power Strokes use a high pressure oil pump to operate their injectors and if your oil is at a low level it can cause air pockets in the lines going to the injectors.It's not a real common problem but I 've seen it happen maybe 10 times.Another cause is using the wrong kind of oil.Some oils have a tendency to foam at high pressures and can produce air in those same injector supply lines. I have TD 27 engine. first time I start it. there is small miss.so I` ve removed the whole injector pump , cleaned it & fix it. now it doesn`t start first time. but few times I tried. it will starts. but when I increased the engine speed taped noise coming. if there is any timing of the injector pump. please help me to solve it .

when you changed the injectors did you calibrate the mass air for 24lbs? and also did you change the computer to a cobra computer...or the computer that calls for 24 lbs injectors? if not that is 100% your problem.
