the lower frame bar locks the canopy onto the frame. Remove this and remove the brackets from the frame. drill out the rivit on one side (take note of the location of the snap and washers) and then remove the frame from the bracket and canopy. you then use a 1 inch 5/32 rivit to reassemble.

Basically, the easiest way is to put the back in, then start at the bottom and work your way up.

You can try to go to a good hardware store. They should have different sizes of wheels. Check it if they have any what would fit.
