Yes you can go to www.grainger.com and order most any size pulley you need.
You will need the shaft size, the outside dia. and the v-size, or the inside of the v dia.
They will get it to you in a couple of days...I have done this many times with great results...

underneath the washer is a pully assembly kit . remove the belt ,the c clip and replace the pully kit about $ 20.00 cost for parts.

turn the washer on its side and check for either a broken belt or a damaged tub coupler.

Look for a motor belt that is worn out and make sure that the drum turns freely (machine off).

check for something being caught in the pump, small sock, bra wire etc.

could be.pop the top and take off frount cover.run unit and look where water coming from.could alos inspect pump the pully dose come off on those an then drag metal to metal but normaly no water leak.also could be a bad tub seal you would see leaking from under neath

Ours started doing the very same thing. I took the top off and found that a mouse had chewed a hole in the vacuum tube. I replaced it with a 3/16" ID small engine gas line hose I bought at local implement dealer. Works like a charm.

Your valve( inlet valve ) is broken or stuck due to residu
You have 2 water valves. Most likely it is the one directly where the hose connects.
