We had a window with a list of movies to watch, & now we are not able to locate the movie window again. Not a Netflex window. Help,no location to find the list. Spent the day trying to find it.

if you download them you can remove the download if you are using netflix and you are wanting to remove netflix movies you have a instant watch menu on the website you go to to pick out the movies and you can add and remove them off of the site how ever when i was using it i dont recall a way to do it with the actual xbox i always signed into the website to remove the movies. although they have updated alot there may be a way to remove them now from the xbox. i dont suscribe to netflix anymore to know if it supported thru the xbox.

There are 3 possible problems.

1. Your internet conection is slow, so reset the router. Just unplug the router for 10 secounds and plug it back in, witch will reset the router.

2. You are on netflix when it has alot of trafic, happens alot on weekends, saturday and sunday.

3. You need to upgrade netflix, witch means there is a new verison online to download. Netflix updates it software about every 3 months.

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you can enable active x by going to TOOLS> INTERNET OPTIONS> SECURITY TAB>

On the Security tab, click on Custom Level then enable active x.

How do I get captions on y netflex movies I get them om all of my other movies

Does Netflix support captions on their content? Typically the device settings (the TV in this case) only displays captions if they are provided by the source (ie cable tv provider, a bluray disk, satellite content, etc). If Netflix does not stream their movies with captions in the content, then your tv (or device) will not be able to display it.

Netflex loads but turns off man;y time during a movie,

Most cases of this type of situation are due to the ISP's service speed. You cannot expect to stream high definition video on a lower-speed DSL service or even on base-level cable modem service. It may work okay in off-peak hours, but when there is heavier bandwidth demands, freezing and buffering becomes a common issue. Unless you have about 3Mbps download speed, you can expect performance issues.

How can get netflix to play on my labtop?

Probably your speed at that time was slow.If not make a speed test.You need at lesat 2 mega byte and at the time with no other users at the same time.

I burned a movie from my computer on a dvd+r and when i played it on my dvd player to watch it there was the movie but no sound. What did i do wrong?

First thing to do is test to see if its the download itself :

If the movie was in .iso format mount the .iso to a virtual drive (you can get free mounting software from CNET.com, you can search their site for virtual drive). Run the movie on the computer and see if it has sound.

If the movie was in a folder labeled VIDEO_TS (there will also be a folder called AUDIO_TS, normally this is empty and useless but check to be sure the movie's source didn't do something 'odd' in that regard) then please open that folder and in it there will be some files that are .IFO. Double click one of those and if a window appears asking what program you want to use to open it click browse and locate Windows Media Player and choose that. It will then load the movie and again, see if the sound works.

If the sound works when you view on the computer you will need to try and burn the movie again. Also go back to the site you got the movie and see if anyone is posting comments about having the same problem, could just be a bad image.

Megavision - Why does it only allow you 57 minutes of a movie?

A lot of companies do this. It's because the cost of bandwidth is expensive. They cap you at 57 minutes, usually for a length of time, then allow you to watch their content again.
These type of companies usually have a subscription fee so that you can watch whatever you want for a specific amount of days.
Other than that, you can attempt to use a proxy or use an IP Changer software application.
