SOURCE: mix max screen frozen

Next to the USB terminal at the bottom is the reset button. You need a pin or very thin object to poke in the tiny hole. This may erase everything on it but is worth a try. There is a 50% chance that this will fix it. If not then it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for diagnosis.

SOURCE: My Black & Decker B900SC bread machine doesn't mix properly

Have you tried adding a bit more water to your mix? It sounds as if your dough is too dry. Sometimes, no matter how exact you follow directions, you have to compensate for variables of the machine. I have a similar problem with some of my bread mixes if I do not add an extra tbsp or two of water.

SOURCE: professional 600 - makes loud noise when

Several things:

The Professional 600 has a metal gear housing with a metal gearing. Because of this, the Professional 600 will generally run louder than other stand mixers that may have a nylon/metal mesh gearing.

How long is the bread dough being mixed for? Kitchenaid stand mixers must be used on speed 2 for bread doughs, using the spiral shaped dough hook, and mixing for no longer than 7 minutes.

If the flat beater is getting caught on the bottom of the bowl, pleasure assure the bowl is being seated correctly. You will place the bowl on the mixer arms on the left and right hand side. You will also want to take your fingers along the back of the bowl, where it butts up against the base of the mixer, and press downward. You will hear an audible click as the bowl falls into a spring latch and allows the bowl to sit flush and secure. If this is not being done, the flat beater may strike the bottom of the bowl.

If this was not the cause of the problem, please consult your Use and Care Guide about the beater to bowl adjustment. This is an easy adjustment made with a flat head screwdriver that can quickly correct the problem of a flat beater hitting the bottom of the bowl.

SOURCE: I have an Ultra 2 bunn slush machine. One hopper

make sure it's mixed properly. if there is toomuch water, it'll freeze solid. if the mix is too rich, ice will form on the outside of the bowls. you may also have a low refrigerant level.

I have a granitime 2 slush machine and the temperature only get to 34 then cycles won't freeze check everything as switch on motor timer setting. Even by passed the timer

If your Granitime 2 slush machine is not freezing and the temperature only reaches 34 degrees Fahrenheit before cycling, despite checking everything including the motor switch and timer settings, here are a few additional steps you can take:
  1. Inspect the freezing components: Check the evaporator coil and any associated cooling elements for any signs of damage, ice buildup, or blockages. Clean the evaporator coil thoroughly and ensure proper airflow around it. If there are any damaged or faulty components, they may need to be repaired or replaced.
  2. Verify refrigerant levels: Low refrigerant levels can hinder the freezing process. If you suspect a refrigerant leak or low levels, it's best to contact a professional technician who specializes in refrigeration systems to inspect and address the issue. They can check and replenish the refrigerant if necessary.
  3. Check the condenser: Ensure that the condenser coils are clean and free from dust or debris. Dirty condenser coils can reduce the efficiency of the cooling system. Clean the condenser coils according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Review the mix ratio and consistency: Ensure that you are using the correct mix ratio and consistency for the slush mixture. Incorrect mix ratios or inconsistencies in the mixture can affect the freezing process. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines or recommendations for preparing the slush mixture.
  5. Consider professional assistance: If you have tried all the above steps and the machine still does not freeze properly, it may be necessary to contact a professional technician who specializes in slush machine repairs. They have the expertise and specialized equipment to diagnose and address issues with slush machines.
It's important to note that troubleshooting and repairing commercial-grade slush machines can be complex, and it's recommended to seek professional assistance if you are not familiar with the specific workings of the machine. A professional technician will have the necessary knowledge and tools to diagnose and resolve the issue effectively.

Vevor slush machine not freezing either side. Code SLS LL. Gets cold but no slush. Specific gravity of mix is at the right level. First time we have used the machine.

There are a few things that could be causing this issue. The first thing to check is the temperature of the machine. If the temperature is not cold enough, the mix will not freeze. If the temperature is correct, then the next step is to check the compressor. If the compressor is not working properly, it will not be able to freeze the mix. If the compressor is working correctly, then the next step is to check the mix itself. If the mix is not the correct consistency

Faby 3 slush machine over freezing

Assuming the mix is mixed correctly and the auger is turning, make sure the micro switch to the right of the motor in the back is in place correctly and works ok. That switch tells the freezing to stop.

Hi my double barrel slush puppie machine keeps freezing up and stops it from turning and mixing suction . Have trted all the temp setting . Thd solution is mixed right

the machine freezes and stops based on the thickness of the slush. if it's mixed right, the problem is the torque switch next to the motor (if it's a cab or a ugo machine) or the torque sensor (for torque sensor models)

Oil coming out of back of machine

it isn't oil, it's old, syrupy slushie mix and dust. the only oil in the machine is inside the hermetically sealed (cannot open) compressor. you have a front seal problem. the shaft seal in the front inside the evaporator (steel tube), and the cup-shaped seal between the auger and the evaporator. slush is getting inside the shaft tube and dripping through the inside rear of the machine. replace the seals, lube with a food-safe lube and refill.
