Question about HP LaserJet 3030 All-In-One Printer
This sounds like a communication issue. The computer sent the printer something it quite couldn't understand. Make sure all your cables are fully connected, I know they may "look" like it, but take the extra step to unplug it and plug it back in. Another thing you can do is to restart both printer and computer, a lot of time that simple action can fix the problem.
