The monitor worked fine when we received it several months ago. Recently it started going all white, except for a few very thin colored vertical lines. I could shut it off wait a few seconds and torn it...

If this is still under warranty, then send it back for repair. If you have connected it to 2 PCs with the same results, then the problem is internal to the monitor.

When you flip phone open inside screen stays white

Moto RAZR phones are notorious for this. Best thing to do - Get a new phone. Inside of the hinge, there is a sensor that detects if the phone is open or shut. When you open the phone, it still thinks its closed, so the screen stays white, and if im correct the outside display should still work. Pretty much not-fixable unless you know someone who can take it apart and re-position the sensor (will void the warranty)

Best thing to do....Upgrade.

Goes right to a white screen and stays like that

transfer all your contacts and pics to ur computer and go to phone , then security , then press reset , enter your code which is the last for digits of ur number unless u changed it and it should work , when you unplug battery for about 2 days , to be safe

I used to have this phone. Best tmobile phone ever. Take off the battery hatch and battery, and look for a round red sticker, if you don't see one, Don't panic, That means your phone isn't water damaged. If you find a white round sticker, hen your phone isn't damaged by water and it is an internal problem. Get me back ~miikee

Won't stay closed

i am pretty familiar with the inside of that springed hinge...its a round spring (obviously) but you should probably take it in...if its under warrenty 'cause that seems like something someone wouldn't be able to fix to easily...or you could also tape it

two rules to life. its its stuck and it ain't supposed to be WD-40 it, if it ain't stuck and it's supposed to be ducktape it
