How do I reset my zanco amo 101 phone as when I turn it on the screen is just white

Never heard of this phone, but a hard reset should fix it.

there are two kinds of white screen in phone,
the first one is because of damage LCD (glass screen) ,
defective display driver (small chips that makes the display works)
and the other one is corrupted software...in damage lcd the phone will detected
by computer because its software is still working...so ,
the problem of your phone am sure is the second one ,
corrupted software....your phone needs to reprogram,and
need to go to the model of the phones care center to fix you problem...

TRY HARD RESET

1) Start->Settings->System tab->Master Clear->1234->ok

2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.

3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, release keys and device will hard reset

I have the same problem. The mobile show blue screen only when charger is plugged in. Else it doesn't even show blue screen. I have even tried the hard reset but it doesn't work.

if only blue screen is shown formate your phone or else try charging your phone battery externally and see if blue screen is shown.

I think this is an outcome for an out-dated Firmware. Try updating the phone's Firmware by using the PC Suite of the phone. If you find that the Phone of yours do not have a PC Suite, Take it to Service Center and tell them to get the Firmware upgraded but first do one thing your self. Get all the phone apart, not the whole but only the attachable parts of the phone ( such as battery, Sim, etc ). This will hard reset it. If it doesn't work, try taking to service center. They will resolve it completely.
