If there's no water entering your dishwasher, check these:

Water-inlet valve
Float switch
Water-inlet valve The water-inlet valve lets water enter the machine. If this valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. It's usually located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side. It's the device with the main water line (usually copper) from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it.

Float switch The float switch is a small electrical switch that's located right below the dishwasher "floor." Above the switch, on the inside of the dishwasher, is a plastic cylinder that floats up as water fills the dishwasher. If this switch is defective, or if the plastic float gets caught or trapped in the raised position, the water can't enter the dishwasher. If the float switch is defective, you need to replace it.

Dishwasher not allowing water in

Sounds like the "water inlet valve" is defective.
The valve is located in the bottom/back of the machine, is sometimes blue in color, and is at the end of the hose that attaches under the sink to the hot water.
The valve is smaller than your fist.
The valve has a couple of wires attached to it, and also has a smaller hose that goes up to the bottom of the dishwasher.
Be blessed.

It is not getting any water,it runs just no water

Bad solenoid where water goes into the dishwasher. follow the tube from the water pipe in your house to where it goes into the dishwasher. turn off the power to the dishwasher. the small plastic pump(solenoid) where the tube from the house goes into the dishwasher is what you need to change. It has one electrical plug, two hoses attached, and a couple of screws holding it to the frame. remove the plug, the hoses, then the screws. Take bad solenoid and model number of dishwasher to hardware store they should be able to help you get the right one.
