replace convergence ics .press the menu and go into the convergence
alignment.see if you are able to align the blue convergence. if not replace the convergence ics.
I am guessing that you did the convergence menu
1.CONVERGENCE MENU "MENU 2159, 4 FINE, 5 COARSE, 6 MISC
2. There are Fuses F9A04 & 05 that may be open.
3. If you do the self test do you come up with 2-2?
4. Self-test on threads here or at ctechnicians.com
5. If one or both fuses open you will need to change convergence amps and parts.(Kit)

bad convergence would cause show to look as if it was supposed to be a 3-d movie, if a bulb was going out then people would look purple blue -green,or some other off color, so likely the green bulb is going out from the color of the people you described.
go to main menu , selet advance setting , after that there is another menu where u going to find a convergence ajustment , select convergence adjustment , than choise blue , than after u access to blue color press the audio boton to do the blue , if u can't muve the blue color u going to have a repair service maybe ur stk or convergence ic are bad
You need new convergence ICs. its an easy repair. You can get replacement ICs at the link below and they provide free installation instructions with pictures as well as free tech support. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
You will need to replace the conversion IC that controls the blue STK392-110 or STK392-120 however these are so cheap I recommend replacing both as the red wont last much longer. As they usually wear out around the same time. If the blue colors will not line up, and the blue appears to sag inward from one or more sides, then you can bet that one of your convergence IC's has either cracked loose or burned out. The IC should be resoldered or replaced and the convergence realigned by someone experienced with projection TV convergence circuits.
