Question about Televison & Video
Turn off the machine keep tapping on the eject button while turning on, or hold down the eject button.
if this doesn't help, see if theres a small hole on the front of the tray, if there isn't one, you will have to open up the set and eject the drive yourself and possibly replace broken parts, for example a rubber belt can brake on these drives and it might cause it not to open or close at all.

You need to get a paperclip and straighten it out.
On the front of the player should be a small hole which you can push in.It is usually a small hole located underneath the DVD drawer.
Insert a stiff wire—such as a paperclip or safety pin—into the hole. Push gently and the drawer should open partway and when you push hard enough it will eject the tray - if it doesn't, something is wrong with the mechanism itself and you need a new dvd drive. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
