The current Sling TV app requires Android 4.4 or higher. This is given in the requirements on the Google Play Store page for the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sling&hl=en . Scroll down to the Additional Information section.
If you are prepared to tinker with your device (rooting the device or similar activities) so that you can side-load the app, one older version of the Sling app can be found here: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/sling-tv-l-l-c/sling/sling-4-0-5-154-3-release/sling-television-4-0-5-154-android-apk-download/ . Other versions of the Sling app are also available; check the Min system requirements below the size of the download package. However, these versions may not communicate properly to the Sling server any more.

Here is a solution for install sling TV on your Roku device.
.First you have to sign up for your Roku account.
·Then you have to start search on the left side on your screen.
·To type the sling TV in the search bar.
·It is a popular channel so display on the list first. Click on sling TV to continue.
·Next select the add channel. Now your Roku device will begin to install the sling TV app on your Roku.
·Once you have to installation is done, open the roku home screen to select the sling TV app to start watch it.

u seem to hav a computer/module system issue--get a data stream run that shows values so a good tech can decyfer-need factory gear not a 20dollar scanner--stay away from dealers-------1st tho try anothr remote or changn batts--or even disconnect car batt fora minute
1. Make sure that the processor is correctly inserted into the slot.
2. Make sure that all the RAM modules (long sticks with little rectangles on them) are inserted correctly, and completely locked into place.
3. Make sure that the processors fan is working (if it overheats, it may have an auto function to turn off.)
4. Try removing the RAM modules one at a time and booting up. Could be a bad stick of ram preventing anything from showing.
5. Remove the processor, and boot up without it after clearing the cmos (should be a button on the motherboard, and if not, there are three pins with a little jumper on two of them that will say cmos near them, put the pin on the opposite far pin, and the middle one, then boot without the processor in, wait ten seconds, put everything back the way it was, then reboot.
If all that fails, You've got me :S
