What is QuickBooks Hosting?

QuickBooks is no doubt is one of the best accounting software available in the market. The reason for which most of the small and medium-sized businesses opt for QuickBooks is its ability to provide users ease of working, even for those users who do not possess great financial knowledge.

As we know, earlier for using QuickBooks you need to buy the licensed QB Desktop and then you need to install and set up the software on the system. But one of the major restrictions of this was you can only access the company files from that system only. If you ever wanted to use QuickBooks then you need to go and sit in the front of the system in which QuickBooks Desktop was originally installed.

But now this problem can be easily solved with the help of the QuickBooks Cloud Hosting application. By installing the QuickBooks Desktop on the third-party cloud hosting service these limitations can be removed completely. If you are using then you can access QB Desktop software and company files from anywhere and anytime, the only thing you need is a computer and a good internet connection.

Modes of QuickBooks Hosting

Hosting of QuickBooks Accountant Desktop application can be implemented in the following 3 modes:
Dedicated Hosting: In dedicated hosting, different users are connected directly to the server on which QuickBooks is installed.

Peer-to-Peer Hosting: In this hosting mode, one user hosts the application and data to provide access to other users on the network. You can be adopted this mode for on-premise hosting.

Alternate Hosting: In this hosting mode process one user (which is the main user) is connected to the hosting server over the Internet. And rest of the users connect to the main user to access the application on the local network. All users connected the main user and the main user provides the connection to all users.

Benefits of QuickBooks Cloud Hosting

There are many benefits of QuickBooks Cloud Hosting from the traditional QuickBooks Desktop. Below mentioned is the list of benefits of QB Cloud Hosting.

The users will have the freedom to access QuickBooks from anywhere and anytime they want.
The QuickBooks Multi-users mode can be utilized more efficiently.

Data of QuickBooks users are secured all the time on the remote hosting server.

You can easily upgrade the device from which you used to access the QuickBooks software.
All the data you saved on the hosting server will be automatically backed up.

Most cloud servers can offer you faster speed. In addition to being able to easily increase the capacity of your site, cloud hosting also enables easy load balancing between multiple server environments, which can help to put very little pressure on the resources of a single server.

The server hardware association will also affect the speed of your site, but it is good to go with a cloud host that has multiple caching layers, premium server hardware, and low-density servers.

Previous cloud servers were a bit difficult to manage and it needed technical expertise to operate and balance their servers accurately. But, with today's cloud hosting you can easily keep track of your hosting and demand it through an intuitive dashboard. You do not need a technical background to run your cloud server.

With most types of hosting, your site resides on a single server. If something were to happen on that server, your site would go offline and you would not be able to return online until that server recovered. When your hosting is redundant, Site Backup will take your existing site within seconds. However, not all redundancies are created equal. With cloud hosting, you will have a concurrent live version of your website that your host can load immediately.

I have 20 nos of L300 device, each client has its own printer. The problem is that when I connect two printers of same model say hp laser jet 2014 on two different clients ,the printer does not work it shows...

The way the NComputing solution works, all the users are sharing the same host. So when you connect two printers, it's as if two printers are connected to that one host PC. When suing the USB port on the L300 you may have issues every time the device disconnects (like when a user logs off from their session) because the printer and it's respective port may have to be re-enumerated by the host. If possible, it might be better to do network printers. Also, when installing the printers, especially if you have the same make and model, make sure to LABEL them with unique names, i.e. Printer1, Printer2, etc. Otherwise, the host may have difficulty, more so the user, knowing which printer is 'theirs'.

Print from nokia E63 through WIFI

Try connecting your printer directly to the wifi router/switch in a shared network configuration. Then go to your router settings, find the local ip address add this as the 'host'. Your settings should be as follows:

Driver : HP Mobile Printing
Bearer: Socket/HP Jetdirect
Access Piont: My Home Wifi (kaba)
Host : ip address of you printer
user : Blank ( tried my windows username,no use)
port : 9100
Printer Model: Officejet Printers

You will have to reconfigure your drivers on your pc as well. Mine installed as a wireless shared printer even though the printer is not wireless but I have it connected to my wifi switch for sharing and it worked fine.

Good luck

How to connect blue tooth from pc to samsung cameramobile?

hi there!

While the specific user interfaces implemented by manufacturers may differ from device to device, there are still some very basic steps to go through in connecting two devices for the first time. Users should always conduct the pairing process in a secure environment.

Charge the Devices
If the devices are new Bluetooth devices, often they must be charged before they can connect or turn on. This is particularly true of new Bluetooth headsets, which must be charged before use.
Power Up the Devices
Power up the devices you are trying to pair. With some devices, like Bluetooth wireless headsets, powering up the device also initiates the pairing process.
Turn the Bluetooth Functionality On
The Bluetooth functionality in a device may or may not be turned on when you receive the device. For many computers, users will need to turn the Bluetooth radio on from the control panel or system preferences.
Make the Devices Visible
As a security measure, some devices allow the Bluetooth functionality to be off, hidden, or visible. When trying to connect devices, users should make the devices visible so the devices can discover one another. After the devices are paired, users can set the devices to hidden if they have concerns about their devices being discovered by others.
Place Both Devices in the Connection Mode
After both devices are charged, powered up, and the Bluetooth functionality is turned on, each device needs to initiate a communication session. Typically, in a connection between two devices, one device acts as the “host” and the other device acts as the ”guest.” The device in the host role is the one with the user interface from which most of the connection setup will take place. A device can be in the host role with one device and in the guest role with another device. For example, in a phone and wireless headset pairing, the phone is the host. However, in a phone and laptop pairing, the laptop is the host.
Enter the Passcode
After the two devices have discovered one another, the user will be asked to enter in a passcode in one if not both of the devices. In some cases, like with wireless headsets, the passcode is a fixed passcode assigned to the headset by the manufacturer. In those cases, the user enters the assigned passcode into the host device. The user will find this passcode in the user manual. In other cases, the user will be able to enter in his/her own passcode. In these cases, the user will enter the passcode once into each device. It is highly recommended that users employ an eight character alphanumeric passcode for the one-time pairing process. After the passcode is entered, the devices will validate one another and complete the establishment of a trusted connection.

Deleting or Disconnecting Trusted Devices
When should a user delete or disconnect a trusted device? If one of your Bluetooth enabled devices is lost or stolen, you should unpair that device with all the devices to which it was previously paired.
How do you unpair or delete a trusted device? For devices like a mobile phone or computer, the user should go into the device connectivity settings and find the list of trusted devices. The user should then have the option of adding a new device or deleting a trusted device. Highlight the device you want to delete and push the delete button. A device like a keyboard or mouse, which only has a button or switch as a user interface, can only connect to one device at a time. To delete its previous trusted device, the mouse or keyboard just needs to be connected to a new device

Or you can try this:

Bluetooth Mobile Phone to Bluetooth Personal Computer
  1. Power up both the mobile phone and the personal computer.
  2. On the PC, open up the control panel and find the Bluetooth Device Wizard. This will assist the user in setting up a Bluetooth connection between the PC and trusted devices.
  3. Ensure the Bluetooth connectivity is turned on in the PC.
  4. Find the connectivity settings of the phone. Make sure Bluetooth connectivity is on and visible.
  5. On the PC, choose to find and add a specific Bluetooth device.
  6. Of the devices found, pick the mobile phone with which to pair.
  7. PC will generate a PIN code.
  8. Mobile phone will ask if you wish to be connected to the PC.
  9. After the user answers in the affirmative, the user will be prompted for the PIN code on the mobile phone. Enter the PIN code into the mobile phone, which the PC generated.
  10. Allow devices to complete the establishment of a trusted link.
  11. If prompted on the PC to choose the Bluetooth services, the user may have several services available. The user may be able to sync the phone and PC. The user may be able to set up dial-up networking (DUN) preferences so that the user can use the mobile phone as a modem for the PC over the Bluetooth connection. The user may be able to transfer files, like pictures or business contacts, between the mobile phone and the laptop.
  12. After choosing which services the user wishes to enable, the user can then finish the connection and exit the setup on the PC.
