Change in setpoint the setting instead of zoom to assign key and click just over the ctrl key... and click apply this will work the same but it will avoid having this problem.

At logitech they warranty all mice for 5 years, it's an hour on the phone, hold, etc. once the tech has all the details and realizes it's really broken instead of you don't know how to use it, they send you a replacement.

Change battery

If you look at the top of the mouse, you'll see left and right buttons, scroll wheel and a big piece that makes up the rest of the top. The back of the top moves farther back and up. You hold it with your fingers under the front of the mouse and your thumb on the center behind the scroll wheel, and gently push back on the large piece of plastic (where your palm normally rests).

I am using logitech optical mouse it si moving automatically in the desktop.send me the solution

Try the mouse in another computer.
If the same thing happens, then something inside the mouse is "stuck".

Press each mouse button, including the scroll-wheel, if it has one, and listen for the expected "clicks" as you press, or as you scroll.

How to zoom and how to scroll horizontally

Make sure you have setpoint installed, and you can configure the buttons.

For left to right the default is to press the wheel left to right, for zoom I think it is hold press down on wheel and scroll.

You can easily set these things in setpoint follow the link below to download the latest version
