SOURCE: Sony CDP-CX53 rotates the carousel and inserts the CD into the playing position, but it won't play the CD

Hi,

It sounds like there is a cd tray alignment problem, there is no quick fix, all i could suggest is to send it to us or take it to your nearest dealer.
