SOURCE: Clearing a service code ''C0400'' on a Minolta CS Pro 6001
C400 is exposure lamp fails to come on, on start up the main exposure lamp should come on and do a scan.
If the lamp is not detected by the sensor, then you get the code.
Restart the machine, watch for the exposure lamp. if it does not come on before the code occurs, then the lamp or thermal fuse is likely gone.
if the lamp comes on then the code, the AE sensor is likely gone.
Hope this is of some help.

SOURCE: How do I get into service mode on a Konica Minolta
hi,
you can get in service mode by pressing: utility counter -> job details ( on lcd) -> stop -> 0 -> 0 -> stop -> 0 -> 1 .
Select "imaging process adjustment", then "graduation adjustment.
The copier prints a coloured sheet, you have to place it to the glass and the machine will read it.
Repeat sequenze 4/5 times. You have to make it in all three section " graduation mode" "resolution mode" and " i'm not remeber".
You can find clear information about graduation adjustment in a installation manual procedure.
Contact me, i can give you a pdf file.
Sorry for my bad english.
Bye.

SOURCE: Service Call error C0F32 in Konica minolta copiers
Since you did not include the Model number I will suggest the following:
This code means pretty much the same on all Konica/Minolta machines.
The ATDC or automatic toner density control has experianced a problem. Have you run the copier out of toner by chance?
You can try resetting this code to see if it comes back. If it keeps coming back then you are going to need the process unit serviced. Or depending on the model you can replace the "Imaging Unit" yourself.
