First of all sony uses blinks as a means of an error code, on older models like yours could be weak CRTs, try turning up the screen controls a little, if the picture comes on the CRts are weak and AKB is holding them dark. the controls are in the front behind the cover.
possibly you have no high voltage, D board or splitter is bad, bad convergence ICs will cause NP, check the 3.15amp fuses if any are blown replace ICs both stk392-110 and fuse to fix.
