When you say you've change the power outlet I guess you mean the socket on the wall, and if am right then check the circuit breaker from the main consumer unit it has tripped and you need to reset it.

If only the power green light is blinking, you could try a printer reset that may correct the problem.
1. With the printer on, disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet.
2. Wait at least 3 minutes
3. Plug back into the outlet.

Is a house plug with a cfic braker light suppose to be red or green

Most are green when functioning properly. Many have no lights at all. Try depressing the reset and see if the outlet works again. If not there are other things to look for. Often times one GFI outlet feeds multiple more outlets from the "load" connection on the back side of the GFI. If there is something wet, overloading the rating, or something with a fault in any of the outlets multipled off the single GFI it will trip. Disconnect all devices then attempt to reset. If that doesn't work and you possess some electrical skills pull the GFI outlet and disconnect the wires going to the "load" connection (While power is off) Re-energize and attempt to reset the GFI Outlet. If it resets your problem is beyond that outlet in the circuit of what you disconnect. You may not have found all the affected outlets. FYI if you have a 15amp GFI the rule of thumb is you can put more devices on outlets working off or through the GFI that add up to more than 1500 watts. If it is a 20amp GFI a quick rule of thumb is no load over 2000 watts. Space heaters, blow dryers, and hair curlers are often 1800 watts each. One alone and can trip a 15 amp GFI.

How to change the password on Apple airport express ?

Unplug the AirPort Express from the power outlet and press and hold the reset button. While still holding down the reset button, plug the device into a power outlet. Hold down the reset button until you see the light flash green four times. Let go of the button and the device will reset itself. Wait the requisite 45 seconds and configure it with the AirPort Express Assistant or AirPort Admin Utility.
This performs a factory reset.

My power supply is blinking green light and my PC has no power

plug your pc directly to your wall outlet and see if it turns on. If it works, then the problem is your power supply. If power supply has a reset button, press it and try again. If pc does not turn on when plugged to wall outlet, then power supply for pc may be out.

I have the Zoom X6 (5590) DSL Modem, trouble using software

You may check the following:

1. Make sure to plug the power cube into a power strip or wall outlet and then plug the power cube's other end into the modem's power (PWR) jack.

2. You should only use the power cube with the Zoom X6. Other power cubes may damage your hardware.

3. Try another wall outlet.

4. Reset the modem. Use a paper clip and insert it into the RESET pinhole in the modem's back panel and press it 3 times. Then turn off the modem for a minute and turn it back on. Check if the power light will turn solid green.

5. Possible defective modem.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Trying to change fuse in wii but need to know where to find it

Is your Wii just not turning on, no indicator lights? No red, yellow, or green, and pressing buttons doesn't work? Try re-setting the AC adapter.

If there was a power surge, or the power went out,etc...anything, this will happen. The problem is with the AC adapter, not the Wii itself.

You need to reset the AC adapter to get the Wii to work again. There is a circuit inside the AC adapter that needs to be reset. Unplug the AC adapter from the wall/surge protector outlet. Don't unlpug it from the Wii, it has to be at the outlet. You have to kill power to the adapter.

Unlpug it from the wall/surge protector outlet, and leave it unplugged for 5 or 10minutes. This will kill power to the AC adapter, and give the circuit time to reset. When you plug the adapter back into the outlet after 10 minutes, the red led on the front should be lit up.

Flashing green light

Did you try this yet

SYSTEM RESET
If the TV will not respond to either the remote control
or the front panel controls and/or will not power Off,
press the SYSTEM RESET button with a pointed item
like the end point of a paperclip. The TV will turn Off
and the TIMER light will flash quickly for about one
minute. When the TIMER light stops flashing, you may
turn on the TV again. Changes you made the last time
the TV was On before you used the SYSTEM RESET
button may be lost, however, the changes you made
previously are not lost.
POWER/TIMER Indicator
The green light is a multi-function indicator. This light
will flash rapidly for about one minute each time the TV
is plugged into the wall electrical outlet, when power
is restored after a power failure, or using the SYSTEM
RESET button. Do not attempt to turn on the TV again
during this period. Wait for the flashing to stop and
the light to turn off, before attempting to turn the TV
on. While the TV is powered on, the light illuminates
steadily. If the TV has been programmed to turn on
automatically using the Timer feature,

My tv does not power on, rechecked the cables, green light does not come on

Try these things.

1) As much as I hate to say it, most of the time devices that aren't turning on are not plugged in. If the device is unplugged, plug it in. (Sorry)

2) Check the outlet. Plug in something that you know works into the same outlet. If it does not power on, check that there are no flipped breakers in your breaker box.

3) Some outlets/breakers have a red Reset Button on them that needs to be pressed to reset the amount of charge in the outlet.

Hope some of those helped.

2Wire 473 router problem

Take the modem and plug it into a GFCI outlet. You can find one in the bathroom or the kitchen.

If the power light comes on solid green and the dsl comes on red then the modem is good. Was it plugged into a power strip by the computer? If so, plug it straight into a wall outlet.

If the power light comes on solid red then the modem has hardware failure. I would contact your ISP and have them replace it if it is still underwarranty.
