Read the instructions in the cd, it comes with a video converter and tells you how to do it :) I have the same one but a diffrent problem lol

all you need to do is if you are using windows xp put yuor windows xp's cd to your cd room and then install windows portable devices from you cd and plug in your mp3 player to your pc once you install windows portable devices in your computure so pug your mp3 player and enjoy you mp3 player and

What you could do is find a computer that can read the small CD and copy it to a regular sized CD.

this player is a piece of work ill tell ya i had to disassemble the damn thing resolder a piece back into it then it still dont work properly ill just tell u to get a new one or go with the ipod most pawn shops have them for really cheap these days

Make sure you are burning an "Audio CD" not MP3 CD or MP3 DVD. Some older CD player cannot read CD-R (Recordable).

I believe that error 6 means incompatable disc format or disc read error.

EZ..the hold switch is on...switch it off.
