Good day sir/maam, im with you here, i really do have a hard time when my dvd isnt reading my disk. tell you the truth, I usually go to a friends house and ask if i could use his DVD player to read my disk, or his computer, I usually make extra copies of the disk. DVD disk are not scratch froop. If you have a computer with DVD drive, make extra copies always, and always clean the lens of your DVD portable. hope this helps.
