You may have to http://www.hasee.com and input the HEC41 and download the updated drivers, etc. You have the Ethernet port on the computer and here you must connect the CAT5/6 cable from your Modem to the Computer. Get the Driver V20130220 and install that.

I am having the same issue. I've just replaced the filter and it started leaking out of this hole, where it never had before.
I am thinking that maybe the filter isn't seated properly, and that's causing the leak. But I have attached a picture of the hole in question. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

use a fuel line disconnect tool to disconnect the coupling

(1)First check to make sure air filter is not clogged, next, turn the choke on. Next push the primer button 6 times (looks like a plastic see thru bubble, it will push gas to the carberator), Next pull cord till it purs only once, ( even a short purr), turn off choke and try to start.
(2) If it tried to start a little, repeat step 1, If not try to poor just the smallest amount of gas in the carburetor and try to start,
(3) If that didn't work check the spark plug and replace it if it's old or dirty!
( 4) If that doesn't work seek a proffessional but don't pay too much unless it is a top of the line tool!
