Unfortunately this is generally a sign the compressor is bad. Not always, but generally. the compressor needs to be isolated and checked for shorts to ground. (it could also be another component or wiring issue that has shorted the unit to ground causing the breaker to trip.

What happens when ac turned on without 30 amp plug

Usually overload the circuit your plugged into. (Trip breaker) If the unit does run it will be on low voltage and shorten the life of the component. Possibly blow the start or run capistor.

Dometic air conditioner blowing cool air

When the cooling slows down, but water is still running off, usually something is icing up. You can turn the unit off, and let it thaw, and try again. Sometimes, if the humidity is high, this is more pronounced. It sounds like you are low on refrigerant. That implies that you have a slight leak. You should have the unit serviced, and the leak repaired.

Rv air conditioner

Check the temperature control and see if it clicks when you turn it off and then back on. Check to see if the compressor is running. If the compressor is running but not cooling you may have a leak and lost the refrigerant charge.
