Cleaning Solution It really isn't a mechanical problem. I would like to know what kind of solution I need to put into my machine. I bought it used and if didn't have a manual and I can't recall what I was told to put into the machine. I hope someone can answer my question. Thank you in advance Phyllis Woodall.

Even if vacuum is very dirty will start and stop after short period of time
If vacuum isn’t starting at all check prongs on the cord(if you could move a little bit prongs they are at fault)
Next fault could be motor

Without knowing your finish it's really hard to recommend a cleaning agent. You can try mechanically removing some of the deposits, and perhaps use some CLR but very sparingly

Absolutely! Try using a properly sized brush, and another vacuum, like a shop vac.

Isn't Spraying:
Possible Problems->Solutions
-Water Tank may be empty-> Fill Heavy duty bladder with hot tap water.
-Formula Tank might be empty-> Fill with Bissell fiber cleansing formula for cleaning.
-Tanks may not be seated completely-> Turn power off and reset the tanks.
-Pump may have lost prime-> Turn power off, then on again, wait one minute then depress the trigger

It is likely started with the letter "H", followed by at least for numbers.
