Hello, Enid -

If you wish to have an idea of what is causing your pain before visiting your primary physician, then, I refer you to the Symptom Checker of the well-respected health and medicine website, WebMD:
https://symptoms.webmd.com/default.htm#introView

You will need to choose the information relevant to you.

Then, if you have not already done so, make an appointment to see your primary physician.

Best wishes.

1250 embroidery machine how do you thread for a double needle?

Do you mean the Brother Innov-is 1250D embroidery machine? Insert your twin needle. Follow the normal directions for threading the upper thread and manually place this thread through the eye of the left-hand needle from front to back. For the right hand needle, insert the extra spool pin in the bobbin winder shaft. It gets put on perpendicular to the shaft. Swing down the spool pin so that it is horizontal, pointing towards the needle bar. Place another spool of thread on this spool pin and secure it with the appropriate-sized spool cap. The thread should come off the top front of the spool. Follow the threading directions for the upper thread from step 8 (the thread guide cover) through step 10. Do not run this second thread through the needle bar thread guide. Manually thread the right hand needle eye. Make sure to use the zig-zag foot with the twin needle.

The directions for threading the machine when the twin needle installed is on page 36-37 (pages 38-39 of the PDF) of the manual. The manual is available from Brother support on the product page: http://www.brother-usa.com/support/modelinfo.aspx?R3ModelID=NV1250D . The direct link to the manual is currently: http://www.brother-usa.com/VirData/Content/en-US/HAD/Consumer/UsersManual/UM_Innov_%c3%ads%201250D_EN_2825.PDF .

I hope this helps.

I want to know how to fix thread from top to needle

Always start from the thread spool pin, install your thread spool to the spool pin & put on the spool holder, pull end of thread to go thru the top thread guide then down to the tension disc(follow the arrow pointer if there is),up to the thread take up lever arm from left to right and down to the needle thru the needle clam guide(just below its needle clam screw)then enter the needle eye from front to back. Turn your hand wheel towards you to bring needle bar down into the bobbin case, keep turning till needle comes fully up, pull out your top thread end & this should bring up the bobbin thread then you be ready to sew.

Threading a bernina

Depends on the model, for detail but basically: Ensure the takeup arm / needle is at the top of its motion - with electronic models this is easiest done just by 'blipping' the foot controller and the needle will automatically return to top. Put your spool of thread on the spool pin. On older models with the vertical spool pins ALWAYS use a felt pad underneath to prevent the spool spinning when the thread is drawn off. On later models with a horizontal spool pin, hold the spool in place with the correct size retainer, with the larger diameter facing away from the spool. Make sure the foot is up (this is important). Draw thread off the spool and route it through the pre-tensioner on the back of the machine, then through the slot until it passes through the tension discs next to the tension control. The thread is then brought down the right-hand-side of the takeup arm cover, and pulled-up the left-hand side (it should be pulled into the check spring at the bottom, automatically. Pass the thread around the right-hand-side of the takeup arm and then the left-hand-side so that the thread is left running through the takeup arm. Drop the presser foot. Route the thread behind the lower thread guide at the bottom of the takeup arm cover and then through the thread guide at the bottom of the needle bar, just above where the screw that retains the needle is situated. The thread guide might be a simple loop of wire or a clip on the botom of the needle bar. Thread the thread through the eye of the needle either manually or using the needle threader, if fitted and off you go. It's important to have the foot raised when routing the thread through the upper tension discs to make sure the thread sits properly within the discs rather than just going over the top of them. Raising the foot holds the tension discs open.

How to thread a double needle on a Husqvarna, Platinum 715?

You need two thread sources. This can be two spools or one spool and a bobbin on the spool pin.

Make sure the presser foot and needle plate openings are wide enough to accommodate the passing of the needles.

Lift the presser foot and beginning with the thread source to the far right, thread as usual through the right needle, then the left needle.

Make sure to use a straight stitch and you may have to loosen the tension a bit (test).

Hand walk the needles down and back up to catch the bobbin thread. Take all three threads under the presser foot and to the back of the machine.
