Question about Sirius Satellite Radio S50-TK1 Satellite Radio Receiver with Car Kit
Mr radio stopped working one day and the tech support at sirius said to do a device recovery to fix the problem. After I did this, every time I power it on, it starts on the dog screen for a few minutes, then goes to the home page but all channels are gone. when i try to manually enter a channel or scroll to a channel it wont let me. it just says "No channels available". SIrius tech support is NO HELP AT ALL. does anyone have any suggestions??
I am having the same exact problem!!!

Not sure if you fixed this, but if you didn't try this: Make sure that the radio is in the dock and has a signal. From there, go to the settings - device settings. Select "Reset Channels". This will more than likely fix the issue. Good luck!
