Question about GE WJSR4160DWW Top Load Washer
I had this same problem. The clamp on the discharge of the pump needs tho be replaced. The fac clamp is a wire spring loaded type, you need a good old clamp you can tighten with a screwdriver.

Help me help you...Dry the floor...Set the load size to small. Let it fill and start the wash cycle. Stop the unit. Look underneath it. Is there water on the floor? If so let me know. If not, start it up again and let it complete the wash cycle. As it begins to drain, look for water on the floor. Let me know.
I am trying to help you eliminate (or isolate) a bad tub seal, centrifigual force out, or a drain pump issue. When the water actually begins to leak is the key element we need to know in order to solve your problem. :) 2CR
