Magic Jack Key Pad Noises

I have the same problem and the person on the other end of the line gets very annoyed at the loud key pad noises, and sporadic dropping of a few short seconds of what I am saying. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this?

Install magic jack software

When you plug the MJ into a USB port, you should get a software program that come up asking you to Register it. Follow the directions and get a Telephone number and key pad for dialing out and/or receiving messages.

Loud creaking noise(s) from front wheels when braking.

Well if the brakes are good (I'm not convinced) I would look at some of the bushings associated with the front end (control arm, sway bar .etc)

Microwave key pad won't work

That is a failed membrane keypad.

It is part number 3518522640B and you can order it from the Pros here.

If you (or someone you know) might want to replace it yourself, I have uploaded a handy guide with pictures showing you what's typically involved.

If you would like to have us do this repair for you, we do that for $39.95 plus parts.

Our line one cuts out even when we're talking on it & we can just barely hear the person on the line but they can hear us clearly. We have unplugged the phone's power cord & plugged it back in...

I have the same sort of problem...kinda..lol. My Vtech sorta 'cuts out' when there is noise at my hosue. The person I'm talking to can still hear me but I can't hear them. If my son starts crying or there's any other loudish type noises on my end, it's like the phone is trying to cutout my background noise, but all it's cutting out is the person talking to me. It's not that the noises in my house are loud and I jsut can't hear the person I"m talking to, b/c if i cover the mouth peice then no matter how loud the sound in my house is i can still hear the person i'm talking to but I HAVE to keep the mouth peice covered. It's really annoying!

Key pad not working

Hi there,

First of all try this - - unplug Microwave and remove the back panel to gain access the the control panel. There is a ribbon connector that connects keypad to control. Remove the key pad from control and use a pencil eraser and clean the end of this ribbon connector wher it fits into control . Reconnect and see if that corrects the problem, If this will not works then You'll have to replace the control (key pad control).

Good Luck!!

Thanks
