Have you tried adjusting the contrast? , have a similar problem with a 42'' lcd and it appears to be related to the contrast setting .If is set my contrast below 90% the buzzing sound stops.

jeepers are we talking about a wheeze, a clunk, a whirr, a buzz, a rattle, a hum, random modulated or cyclic, low or high frequency, persistent or intermittent? Or could you just be hearing fan noise. If it sounds like tin pieces clinking against something metallic. The fan blades may be striking ice or frost or the shroud. Could be a bad or worn fan motor bearing, or a defrost problem causing frost build up. Just a FYI Some LG models have been reported online as having many many operating issues.
Alot of Tv's have this sound that comes from the speakers or the back of the set. Its normally when the transformers inside are underload they start buzzing. this could come from the Powersupply or the Inverter. When changing channels they change their tone sometimes.
The connection between the keyboard and the mother board are loose. You need to take the phone apart and push the connection all the way back in. the connection is also connected to the screens and that might need a good push. Ive done this fix on many LG voyagers and enV's.
Ur power supply board.Transformers have have high voltage gap. This problems must take the tv aparts put some glue arond the transformers, sometime solved this problems,or must replaced all the trnsformers make the humming noise.Brand new tv take it back, where u bought it get a replacement or call the Manufacture help to fix the problems or replaced the part that cause the problem.
This is probably a defect in the backlight inverter circuit. The transformer may have a loose winding or something in there is not cycling off or on properly. If you can still collect on the warranty, do so.
