Paper is jaming put in new toner just three days

paper is jaming put in new toner just three days ago. the paper feeds part away and then wraps around the roller. We have doubled checked our loading of the new toner cartridge.

Hello sir; Is the paper wrap around heat roller ? if yes, then check the roller has 4 to 6 paper separation fingers does it function good, if not, please tell us which roller is?
