Question about Washing Machines
I don't know what kind of washer you have and what the code means, but I can say that if it is running normally, but just doesn't want to rinse, I would look at a cold water supply problem. That's because cold water is what is used in the rinse cycle. I would check to see if there is a faulty solenoid on the water inlet valve. It can be checked with an ohm meter or multimeter for continuity to see if it is faulty. Also check the small screens in the inlet valve and make sure they are not clogged up.
