Question about Riso RZ220 Duplicator
My risograph has the disposal box in place. I have reset the machine by unplugging it taking the batteries out and pressing the reset button.
The "set master disposal box in place" warning comes up again and nothing else can be done untill this clears somehow? Please help.
Most times when I see this the "green" latch has broken catches and cant seat fully. Try pushing and holding tray in. There is one switch within a slot on right looking at opening and can be found by examining the tray where an 3/4 inch tab would slide into. Its just not going far enough.

I have the same thing happen when I change the tray.
I have to almost slam the tray back in place to get the message to go away. Try it.

Sounds like the sensor is stuck when you put the box back in make sure it is square and sometimes if you open the front door whilst replaceing it the close rhe door after the reset can work check the sensor arm .. this hangs down in the middle where the box goes back in on the face plate of the side of the machine
