Question about Brother HL 2140 Laser Printer
I have a new HL-2142 printer and last week I needed to put in the first new toner which I did and cleaned the corona wire. But now over 100 cleans later I still get error message at least once a day--uswally every time I use the printer. I clean the corona wire again and if I do it 40-50 times I usually get one print and it comes up again. I'm using (as I was instucted by store) that I should buy which I did a TN-2130 toner cartridge. Since it still is under warranty I'm ready to take it back and get my money back.
When you experience a persistent problem like this right at the beginning - listen to your own good advice. Take it back to the store and exchange it for a new one.
