I am also going to need the model number of the stereo system as well and I should be able to assist you further. Is there a cartridge number or any other part numbers you have? Though with the model number of the player/stereo should be enough. Are there any other reference numbers? Does this look like your cartridge/stylus at all? is this a 45 or 78 rpm turntable? If you could give me a quality picture of it I could easily identify it for you. JC penny re-branded other companies stylus.
Thank you,
Lee

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Throttle cables misaligned or misrouted.
2. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system.
3. Inlet system air leak.
4. Vacuum piston malfunction.
5. Accelerator pump leaking or no output.
6. Plugged bowl vent.
7. Fuel level in bowl too low.
8. Restricted fuel supply passages.
9. Plugged jets or passages.
10. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.
12. The enricher valve not seated or leaking.

Hello I have a suzuki gs 400 ,timing good compression good new battery carbs have new floats ,needles and diaphragms it idles well but when on the road over 3000 rpm the bike has no power and...

The exhaust system may be the problem. Old mufflers will corrode internally and will sometimes collapse internally. This can restrict the exhaust gasses causing back pressure at the exhaust port. The engine can not get rid of the burned fuel, it can't breathe. Disconnect the exhaust system and go for a quick ride down the street. That should tell the story. The only other things that would cause the problem are bad valves, restricted fuel flow, partially plugged main jets, dirty air cleaner, bad spark plugs, bad ignition points / condenser, and the spark advance not working properly. Babbitt's has all the ignition parts except the spark advance (governor). Please rate my answer. Thanks. www.babbittsonline.com

I have a 7050 model JC Penney sewing machine. I can not thread the machine properly, because there are tiny loops appearing on the underside of the material being sewn? Help?

The only place I saw for your manual was at tias, relics. You can google it and see the one I saw, I think the cost was $17 for a reproduction copy, I don't know who else would carry it, but it will answer your questions on how to thread it properly. Without seeing it I am assuming that you do not have it threaded right, or it needs a new needle. I am sure that it is a good old machine and worth fixing, they don't make em like they used to. I am not sure who made your model, so it would be best to buy the exact manual for your particular machine. Sears and Penney's did not make their own machines, they had other manufacturers make them, like Elna, Singer Necchi etc. Sometimes you can even purchase a repair manual that a Penney's technician had, I did with an old Kenmore that I had, but alas, it only confirmed my suspician that the motor was shot. You may be lucky and find one somewhere else for less money but I don't have time to do more research. Good luck

Fisher price 1978 record player

The Fisher Price record player has a device that prevented kids from pressing the needle down and sctratching the record. If you look at the cartridge where the needle is inserted, you will see that it floats up and down. The problem is that this keeps the needle from having enough pressure to play the record. Pennies just make the cartridge recede further into the arm. If you wedge something above the cartridge, the needle won't float and the it will play your records. I've had four of these and none of them worked until I figured this out.
