My Facebook,Messenger and Whatsapp are not downloading on my Blu Studio C 5.5 although they have been installed on to the Phone!What can be the problem and how can it be rectified?

I have the same problem with this error and I have uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen or so times. Plus I have even tried to run a registry cleaner as well and a virus scan and I still come up with the same problem. What do I do to solve this problem??
