Lexmark x1180 blank ink not coming through

Hello, please help- iv'e filled my black ink cartridge many times and no problem. this time it will not print through to the paper. the inks not blocked because i have drawn some ink through easy.  

My problen is with colour ink not working i have tried cleaning the cartridge and cartridge points.
Also the ink cartridge is placed properly in the holder.
Anybody got any other ideas as to what the problem can be.

My model is a Lexmark x1180 all in one printer.
